Description:
An upright little perennial with ferny, gray-green leaves and clusters of small golden flowers which bloom in spring and summer. Native to coastal ranges, it can be seen on banks and roadcuts throughout the Bay Area. Easy to grow, and looks good in masses. Likes full sun, good drainage, and little or no water once established. Great with other small perennials it occurs with in nature, such as Coyote Mint. Prune in winter for a compact plant next year.
