The Autumn Fern is native to China, Japan and Korea. The young fronds of this fern are an unusual coppery color and contrast pleasantly with the older fronds. In cold climates they may be bright red, This is a very adaptable and easy fern to grow. Plants will succeed in situations from deep shade to partial sun and in a range of soils, providing the drainage is good.
